That will certainly work.

I would suggest a few minor changes so it is not a clone of the sample. But it is still up to personal preference of how you want the letter to look.

Use Fiancé for male's intent letter and Fianceé for female's intent letter.

Combine the address:

United States Department of State

United States Consulate, Manila Philippines

1201 Roxas Boulevard

Manila, Philippines 1000

Use Dear Consular: instead of Dear Sir or Madam:

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Thanks for the corrections Tahoma. It is Fianceé and not fiancée. The USEM is an embassy and not a consulate. The word Consul or Consular Officer (CO) are both apropiate.

"Fiancée" is correct.

Consular is an adjective. Consul is a noun.

Consular Officer is the title of the person being written to, performing the interview, and is working in the Consular Section. Consul can be anyone representing the consulate. Since a person's title is a noun either word Consul or Consular Officer are both apropiate.

Since the DOS website is harder to pinpoint the information the FAQ on the USEM website is easier to find: qeustion 4

As for fiancee and appropiate I was not able to fix my typos as the connection was slow and timed out with the error, "You are not authorized to edit this post".
