Greetings All,

We received an RFE as I posted on April 1, 2011 asking for more proof of the divorce from my X wife. I sent them another copy of the divorce decree and proof it was in the original packet.

We sent the responding documents back and they were signed for on April 5th.

We did not receive any news until yesterday which was that as of April 25th the responding documents had been received and were being reviewed.

Then an hour ago we received a text that as of April 26th They have approved our application and have sent it to NVC.

Thank you all for your help and support.

We FINALLY got the NOA2 email this afternoon. :) I don't know how many days it's been, besides too many. :lol:

I have just received reply from embassy, Interview scheduled 23rd of June.. sigh* loads of waiting

Our interview is June 23rd as well! Just got an email from them.

09-20-10 NOA1

04-06-11 NOA2

04-12-11 Received in NVC

04-14-11 Left NVC

04-25-11 I emailed the embassy

04-27-11 Embassy responded with interview date (06-23-11)

So sorry for you...

Called USCIS and no information is provided. CSR told me to wait 120 days (4months) before I can submit any Service Request. Annoying! I'm planning to discuss my case with some good attorney in my area and proceed accordingly. Thanks all for your concern!

I survived the massive tornado. The destruction came within a mile of the house.

More good news. Ritchel has an interview date for May 19. If things go well she could have a visa by the end of the month!
