I'm in GA now, celebrating Easter with him and having a nice visit before continuing our process. We're waiting on NVC and then Montreal (yay) but I'm glad things are moving.

I hope everyone had a happy Easter. I got my wedding dress over the weekend and finally getitng plans made since we're still on back up with paperwork. He's going to get the forms ready for the police clearance this week, so when his passport comes in the next few weeks he can just send it off.

08/31/10: Mailed I-129f package via Express USPS to Lewisville TX.

09/01/10: Forwarded to Dallas from Lewisville.

09/02/10: Delivered to USCIS and signed for by Ben Mcbride.

09/09/10: Check cashed!

We are waiting for acknowledge and review of RFE documents we returned. It was something they already had so we believe this was to buy them more time.:bonk: :bonk:

Spent a week at Bluewater Resort in Cebu - Ecellent time- Highly Recommended

2nd TRIP to PI on Oct 2009.

Started first attempt at annulment - scammed by bad Attorney Carillo (my opinion)

Spent time at Flushing Meadows - Not as advertized in Bahol

Spent time at Waterfront down town Cebu - To Expensive and To upper class for this country boy but we had fun.

3rd TRIP to PI to see my Baby Ko again in Dec 2009.

Spent time in Manila and then Iligan.

Jan 2010 - Discovered annulment papers were fraudelent.

Hired another attorney from Davo- thanks to this site. Dimples Dulay - Great, awesome, Highly Recommended

4th TRIP to PI In April 2010

Filed more papers for annulement - Progressing well

Have the next Trip planned for August 2010 - Fingers crossed

Annulment Complete - May 2010

K1 Process Changed - June 2010 - trying to find out what changed.

5th TRIP to PI in August 2010.

cannot believe how nervous I am. He had his interview this morning and I didn't want to know the outcome before i went to work. so im sitting at my desk figeting and praying really really hard!

Our case was sent to Moscow on Apr. 14th, according to NVC. No word from the embassy yet, I just sent them an email, asking what's up...

Do you know for sure that they received yours?

wow, congratulations, so fast in and out of NVC :) Yours must be too at the consulate already. We dont need to wait for a packet from Moscow, they should answer your email with the interview date as long as your case logged in a system. Weeell, I still didnt have any confirmation either, but asume since NVC told its sent, then its sent/received. Just wrote them email yesterday, awaiting for reply. :)

Best of luck! You'll be so busy gathering documents, that time will go fast. It's almost May.

I emailed the Moscow embassy yesterday as well, will see if/when they get back to me.

I was planning to be in Moscow first week of July (bringing my daughter to visit her grandma, as always), I wonder if my fiance's interview happens at that time or after. :star: Too bad I can't come to the embassy with him anyway.

Greetings All,

We received an RFE as I posted on April 1, 2011 asking for more proof of the divorce from my X wife. I sent them another copy of the divorce decree and proof it was in the original packet.

We sent the responding documents back and they were signed for on April 5th.

We did not receive any news until yesterday which was that as of April 25th the responding documents had been received and were being reviewed.

Then an hour ago we received a text that as of April 26th They have approved our application and have sent it to NVC.

Thank you all for your help and support.
