So happy to see the approvals coming along! :dance:

We got our confirmation that VSC received our RFE response on March 30th and are still awaiting our approval, but hopefully not too much longer. :whistle:

Hey Andy and Kayla, I was wondering how you two were getting on. You should have your answer soon. Good luck :thumbs:

ROC Timeline

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

question about the nvc...Ive been calling since wednesday and this afternoon they told me they had recieved it on tuesday but we dont have a new case number yet...has this happened to anyone else??

Got NOA2 email overnight - NOA2 date Apr. 6.

Hi, I was looking through the thread and I noticed we are in a very similar situation :/ I filed for a service request on Mar 31, and my NOA1 is from Sept 08. Unlike you I havnt written a senator or anything like that. I hope you here something soon.

Strange. Mine was received on Friday and called today and they had a case number ready for me.

9/13/2010 I-29f sent to Texas

9/23/2010 NOA1

10/3/2010 Touched

3/23/2011 Service request put in

3/30/2011 NOA2 finally!!!!

4/8/2011 Received by NVC

4/13/2011 NVC mailed packet to Guanzhou

5/5/2011 Consulate received packet

5/09/2011 Constulate mailed P3

6/15ish/2011 received P4

7/1/2011 Interview. Approved!!!
