I got a letter from the NVC on Monday which had my new case number, said the paperwork had been received from VSC, and said it would be forwarded to Germany within a week. Yesterday I emailed NVC asking if the paperwork had been sent to Germany yet. I received a reply back this morning that it has!!

9/15/10 - Mailed I-129F to Dallas
9/17/10 - Received in Dallas
9/23/10 - NOA1 (Email - Sent to VSC)
9/24/10 - NOA1 (Letter Received Dated 9/20/10)
10/3/10 - Touched
3/23/11 - NOA2 (Email - Sent to NVC)
3/31/11 - Letter from NVC confirming receipt (Letter dated then)
4/6/11 - Email confirmation from NVC - Paperwork sent to Frankfurt
4/9/11 - Packet 3 received from Frankfurt
4/19/11 - Packet 4 received from Frankfurt
5/16/11 - Fiance's Interview in Frankfurt - Approved

We just got approved!! yay, found out after demanding a expedite only to have them say you have already been approved and your letter has been sent to the address on our file, so i dont know if our immigration lawyers got the email and havent told us or it just goes to our address.. either way AWESOME!! hope everyone elses who hasnt come through does soon! call ur congressman/senator, it works! :)

03/20/2011 placed another service request and questioned why expedite was denied.

03/21/2011 email update on service request( your case is under review)

03/28/2011 I emailed vermont for follow up on my request and emailed proof of why i need expedite.
