We had exactly the same situation. Basically, if you know your case is genuine and watertight, then it is. No news is the worst but it probably also means there's no problems. Hope you hear soon.

thanks mate, i just worked out what "touched" means and went and checked ours out, we havent been touched since like 17 days after we filed it... so i guess thats not too bad in a way that we arent having any problem with our case aye.. hopefully the congressman hurrys our case up on monday

Our case was never touched until it was approved. Don't put too much weight into touches.

ROC Timeline

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

So guys,

I am happy to announce that after ALL i am a SEPTEMBER FILER lol,since now FINALLY USCIS VERMONT did STATE IN A LETTER that we filed SEPTEMBER 30th :)

Today we are allowed to place an EXPEDITE since we are considered outside normal time

09-13-10 got engaged <3

09-28-10 Sent I129-F Express

09-29-10 Delivered to Lewisville,TX but forwarded to Dallas

09-30-10 Delivered and Signed in Person in DALLAS

10-05-10 NOA 1

10-08-10 touched

10-11-10 touched

04-13-10 NOA 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A LETTER STATING that we are allowed to place EXPEDITE is apparently FALSE INFORMATION !!! WTH !

We are calling AGAIN to get another officer .

Just words of advice...I tried to be patient while at the same time reaching out to whatever sources available so my case was getting some attention. I know (and I have a lot of experiences with immigration) there is nothing much one can do when it comes to visa processing except for making the inquiries and getting congressional folks invilved. Dealing with immigration is not easy....I had petitions for my brothers and sisters, which took over 15 years before they were able to obtain their green cards. By that time, all of their children had already aged out (attained the age of 21 years). Despite all, I'm happy to say my brothers and sisters have just received their Naturalization certificates..so good things do come out of it.

We reached now out to everyone that is to reach out to before getting to Ombudsman or something like that.

We are September 30th Filers as the System says. But still no help. The lady says she is sure we hear within the next 20 days somethingn as they go day by day OO yea right !!

Yankee Love --I only found out a week ago that they received my petition on SEPT 30 . So technically I am also a Sept Filer also with a NOA1 --Oct date . Hope we get approved soon :thumbs:
