We just got our NOA2 email about an hour ago!! :dance: Finally!!

Congratulations mate, happy for you guys!! gives me hope now that we will be done as your the same day as us!! come on vermont pllleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I see myself in your description. After long time I was able to sleep before VSC gets closed. lol. How things going with NVC?

Totally - After I got the NOA2 i expected to want to throw a party, but honestly, I was so exhausted I slept for 2 days!

Our visa had a quick trip through the NVC - I just called and it already left there on Monday 3/28!! I attempted to do the DHL tracking of it and seems like it is at least in his country by now, but you can't tell from that when it gets to the actual consulate. SO FAR everything seems so quick after USCIS!

I love seeing so many sept approvals...CONGRATS EVERYONE!!

09/02/10 Mailed I-129F

09/07/10 NOA1

03/17/11 NOA2 approved

06/06/11 Interview. Visa approved. Told we'll get visa in 7-10 days. Lies.

07/12/11 Visa in hand

07/15/11 Arrival in the U.S.

07/21/11 Marriage

07/28/11 Mailed I-485

08/03/11 NOA for I-485

08/29/11 Biometrics

10/17/11 Greencard interview. Approved.

5/5/2011 Consulate received packet

7/1/2011 Interview. Approved!!!

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

US TOO! I couldn't believe when I opened the email! I don't know if it was just our time or if 2 senators and an expedite approval helped, but I don't care. We're APPROVED!!!!! I just hope they keep the speed going so more people get this great email soon as well!

Now that its going to the NVC how will I know when they are finished or send me something? Will I have to randomly call them? is there something online i can check? Is their system different from the main USCIS page and they will still email me? help!

NVC doesn't email you. You will get a letter from them in the mail a few days after they send your petition to the consulate.

You can also call them to find out when it's finished, the case #, when it was sent.

August 2009 - Met Khandaa

June 2010 - Proposed

July 2010 - Returned from Mongolia

August 28, 2010 - Applied to VSC K1 129-F

September 2, 2010 - NOA1 Received

October 7, 2010 - check cashed

NO WORD FROM VSC - MANY ATTEMPTS TO GATHER MORE INFORMATION

March 16, 2011 - Finally allowed to submit service requestt - (told to wait 30 days for reply)

March 28, 2011 - Service Request Denied. They have an incorrect filing date in their system (10.01.10). Searching for a way to rectify this.

Sometimes watching all these approvals is frustrating, im happy for everyone getting them but frustrated ours is taking so long and makes u a little worried that they wont approve it :( Especially after seeing people after our dates being approved and we still havent heard anything.. wish they would work weekends! haha

thanks mate, i just worked out what "touched" means and went and checked ours out, we havent been touched since like 17 days after we filed it... so i guess thats not too bad in a way that we arent having any problem with our case aye.. hopefully the congressman hurrys our case up on monday
