Well ladies and gentlemen, we're into October now. The time is slowly but surely going by.

Let's keep our spirits high and try not to count the days. I'm checking the status pretty much on the hour while I'm at work. It can drive you nutty!

We'll have our SO's by December/January. Keep the faith!

Slowly is the problem....... It would be nice to see some touches on any of the september filers cases by the end of the month.

Does anyone know where USCIS are right now on approvals? Anyone seen July filers getting approved.

Also whilst i am here, what do you all think about me adding a, 'last Touched' heading in our table. might be nice to see when peoples cases are getting worked on. Opinions?

Oh I was the last filer for September .. so lets see might be interesting, to see if i am autimatically the last one to get NOA 2 you never know !

Well, the problem with trying to gauge where VSC is currently is that a) not everyone on VJ updates their timelines b) not everyone on VJ uses these progress report forums and c) VJ users only account for a small percentage of the petitions they receive. Igor's List implies they've got some July filers through (the graph does, anyway). I know there are the few people here and there from earlier who are still waiting but on average it looks like they're starting on July. Let's hope it's accurate!

I had two touches in September. One on Sept. 23th( prob when my package arrived at VSC out of Dallas) and one Sept. 28th!

Hey... maybe this is the month. I got a feeling about it. Anyhow... it has to be October or November. I know I'm too optimistic, but that's just me, maybe I'm right. Anyway, December-January... sounds good, for the interview!!

I wouldn't sweat it - you're still on track. See our timeline - the NOA1 is dated before the check was cashed, and we received the NOA1 hardcopy a week after it was sent.

Early July filer here -still no news :-( Lets hope October is the month!!
