Good morning, y'all. We recieved an email from USCIS this morning around 7:00 AM. We have an RFE. dry.gif

Oh what a pain! At least you know that it is now on an adjudicators desk. It usually takes a couple of weeks, after sending in the RFE reply, to get an approval.

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL WE GOT OUR NOA2 10 MINUTES AGO.

I almost threw up, im sitting at my desk at work and i want to run around outside and scream! i have not been this happy since I was in Jordan with my babe.

DREAMS DO COME TRUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fiance called today, was told to wait another 2 weeks...

They always tell us to wait. Why don't they get their website sorted out so we don't go crazy when they go over 5 months??? :wacko: This is getting old. My fiance's going to try asking his congressman for help tomorrow. And then we'll see........................

Same here.

Also unlike some members on this website, I'm not going to turn into some p**** cause I got my NOA2 now. I shall always remember the hardship and pain of waiting, knowing nothing for 5+ months. Patience is key, of course, but once that 5 month line is crossed, unleash everything you can (Phone calls to get a service request, letters to Senators/Congressman/woman etc).
