and so the facts: according to latest updates VSC is behind by 26 days (wonder why they just dont say a month) ...

So for those filed mid of September may expect NOA2 mid of MArch.

I am amazed how accurate is VJ timelime estimator,

Yes, fellows , its not ages no more untill we get attention to our cases thts a good thing.

20 days more for long waited update by hearts filled with feeling of 'incomplete' - thts a challenge.

Anyhow, have a nice weekend , may spring bring us some freshness along. :)

You should stop 'doing the math' using Igor's List as the most trustworthy source. Take my word for it: Feb. 11, 2011 - 3 petitions, including a Sept. filer, on Igor's List. Checking USCIS receipt no. of a friend and rec. no. to her left and right, I discovered other 20 NOA2s for Sept. 1 NOA1. Stop making these assumptions based on Igor's List. You're going to annoy yourself even more. That, my friend, is not only useless, but also unhealthy for this process!

Well said Ella!

Were you referring to my case number ^^??

Let me tell you scary story. There was a kid who went to X-mas tree for 5 months and 6 days. He knew that one day there would be his present waiting for him (that what other people said). Each and single of total 156 days he would get up and go to bed with only thought in his mind about that present. He lost his patience. But people kept saying that he only needed to wait until actual X-mas day comes. He took all the stamina he had and managed to get through the waiting untill that day came. It was the day 150 since he started to visit the tree. I ve told ya its a scary story,,,, so EVEN on that day, there was NOTHING kept for that boy. Such an awful wait, such an awful tree, people who made me think I was impatient for nothing- he thought.

Noone knows whether that kid got his present eventually, we only know that Santa visits clinics from time to time. END.

The boy got something I wish we had: The ability to circle a date on a calendar. If I were told that I was getting my NOA2, no is, and or buts, on April 1, April 15, or even April 30, I would sleep a lot better than I have been doing.

But we don't get any of that. We get shown a goal post, and every time the ball gets near the post, somebody moves it and says "HA HA".

Quite different than what the boy was facing.

Some day, the Vermont DIsservice Center will actually treat people like humans and not pieces of dog meat.

Everyone knows that if you want Santa Claus to bring you a present in mother Russia, what you have to do is leave a giant bottle of vodka along with a giant bowl of Borscht.

The kid probably did something silly and left milk and cookies. Of course there won't be any presents under the Christmas tree.

+5

Maybe he did leave vodka, but people who knew he was waiting took it. Quite possible scenario for mother Russia too. lol.

And 60,000 TPS petitions.

Does Obamination actually think that Haitian refugees are the ones who vote and we don't? In 2012, this one term president is going to find out the hard way who does the voting.

And now we begin another day of failure by the Vermont Disservice Center. How many of Obamination's chosen people from his poster country will they serve today? And how many American citizens who will (hopefully) vote against him next year will they disserve today?

Anyone care to place their bets?
