Hello, I'm back :)

wow the last week was something... It's hard to tell what went drastically wrong, but day from day it wasnt easier, i mean my relationships... I rarely use the "hate" word, because it comes with the pack of emotions that get you down, but nevertheless I hate this process and what effect it puts on people.

I dont know whether we would be so confused if the process took just 4 months and uncertainty would be gone.

we are back together but this wait is just not healthy afterall.

Hope to receive piece of hope (NOA2) in the nearest future and hope you all doing well so far :)

It happens to us all in long distance relationships, whether you want to admit it or not. It's easy at first but the more you are apart the harder it is. All depends on how you handle stress, though this type stress is different than the "frustrated at work/life" stress.

Happy to read read this, Be strong, NOA2 should be just around the corner. At least then, you will have some idea of timeline to get through the consulate stage and be back together again.

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

They probably had employees bring work home to do in case of a closing/unable to get in. The government allows that. Its called "unscheduled telework".

Looks like right now though they are finishing up the last of July and have been on the whole month of august. Some of the cases probably had a september file or 2 in it.
