I usually give a big hug and kiss to Ann then leave. I don't think I have ever looked back. Her brother took us one time and said something about me just leaving and not turning to say good bye. She told him that its just to hard for us both, if we don't just do it we won't be able to .

Journey

09/16/2007 - Met her and her brother online in WOW

12/20/2007 - Exchanged emails and started talking a little

08/13/2008 - Went to visit her brother and see her for first time

multiple visits slowly moving from visiting a friend and working to more to see her

08/31/2010 - Check Cashed

09/09/2010 - NOA-1 (I-797C) recieved and dated 08/31/2010

09/10/2010 - Account created with USCIC and email turned on

02/01/2011 - On February 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

02/08/2010 - Packet sent to Costa Rica

We do the same thing. We have that rule that once we said the last goodbye, we are not allowed to turn around anymore, because it would be just too hard.....

Well, although VSC are approving more petitions now that the new year has begun, it is still not nearly enough for us to get our NOA2 before the five month processing time.

I hope all you September filers here have your Senator appraised of your situation, so that they can contact USCIS on your behalf. It seems to be the way to get things done right now.

Where can you find your senator? And do you call, mail or email?

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm?State=WA Top right hand corner. Enter your state to look up your Senators.

Senators will have several offices all over your state. If you have one near you, do a walk in and tell them off your situation. They will advise you.

I Guess since the NOA1 states that our petition was received September 14th, I guess that would make me a part of the September 2010 Filers then? We got notification on the 22nd that on the 14th our case was started, but how can I find out if our file was touched on the USCIS website?
