I have been touched again on the 11th :) just now could check it again, the signing in and out worked :)

Btw I also didnt sign my evidence Papers,.. there is sometimes even no space to sign them,..I dont think that is the issue, that would mean almost 10 out of us wud get RFE#s .. as long as attachment sheets are signed we shud be okay

Congrats on another touch!

Today marks 4 weeks from our NOA1 date. One month down! :thumbs:

Let's hope it will not reach the beginning of the third month - wishful thinking again. :P But this process is all about being optimistic and handling the waiting masterfully. :thumbs:

Today I'm wishing you that everything goes great and you'll have a speedy NOA2. :) And I wish that for us all as well!

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 22, 2010 and January 22, 2011*. booo how does it go back almost a whole month just depressing *big sigh*.... Also had them change Nigel's birth country on the receipt to UK hope that doesnt pull me out of line and put me further back! customer service asurred me it wouldn't but I am not so sure :(

July 24,2010- Nigel proposed!!

September 1, 2010- posted the k-1 (lewisville address)

September 3, 2010 - forwarded to dallas

September 6, 2010- recieved in dallas

September 7, 2010 - forwarded to vermont service center

September 8, 2010- offical date of NOA1

September 9, 2010- text and email alerts 2:30 a.m.!!! but worth being woke up to

September 10, 2010 check cashed

October 3, 2010- joined VJ going bonkers waiting....

March 4, 2011 NOA2 after a long 177 days waiting ( no text email or onliine update.. still says in review)

March 10, 2011 NVC received and issued LND#

March 12, 2011 NOA2 hard copy received

March 17, 2011 we are at London.. packet 3 sent out

March 18, 2011 packet 3 sent back to London

March 22,2011 MRV-paid

April 1, 2011 Medical

April 15, 2011 Interview- Approved! orignal interview date May 13 requested to move forward received less than a days notice.

At least those of you at VSC have a predicted date. We have the same NOA1 date (September 8, 2010), but because CSC has so little recent data, VJ's "prediction" on my timeline is as follows:

"There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-129f will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals."

Even so, I don't know how much weight to put in these predicted dates anyway. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It seems a difficult thing to predict, especially this early.

By the way, I also had to correct my fiancee's Country of Birth on my NOA1. Although I had listed it on the application, the NOA1 said "Unknown." They issued me a new receipt, but the new receipt did not even list "Country of Birth."

Moreover, my fiancee switched apartments, so I also had to update her address recently.

I was also told that neither correction/update would delay the time for processing the application. I'm with you--I certainly hope so.

Stop trusting that estimated date for NOA2. Haven't you noticed it goes back and forth? I hate it. :D

no i was not putting to much trust in the timeline just hated to see it have such a big jump backwards and hoping the next time it just moves twice as much forward ;) .... En&Em Im with ya! we included all his birth info with app accordingly ...I figured if nothing else it lets them know of errors in the "system" the lady I spoke with thanked me numerous times for reporting the error and told me she was sorry for the glitch numerous times.... maybe she was just trained to say that lol....but I figure it will happen when its suppose to happen all in the hands of fate now and felt better correcting it...
