WE GOT OUR NOA2 today !!!! After 216 days, its relly here. Put in a service request on the 31st and just got the email today that we were approuved. I dont know if the service request even went through but hey W/E haha.

Thanks to all for your help in times of need

Also Ill pray for those of you who are still waiting to get a speedy and positive result.

Can someone tell me why all september fillers who were touched on 10/03/10 are having to way way too long for a NOA2? Im on 214 as it stands.

I was touched on the same day --I hope to God that I dont have to wait that long .

Senator and congressman intervention does not necessarily yield results, even if they contact USCIS personally.

Totally understand your frustration but you are in no worse a position. hang in there. Fingers crossed for you and all those still waiting.

I think it is Time for the Ombudsman.

Hope this makes you feel better, but we have done everything....Senators, US Rep, service request (denied expidite request). And we were just told MOnday to wait 30 more days. This was more than 2 weeks since we got our service request. And we go our NOA1 in September. I can't begin to explain our level of frustration. THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST PART OF THIS DAMN EXERCISE!!!!

I am happy to announce that we have our NOA2 april 11. atlast. hope all our september batch will get there NOA2 also.. finally after this topic reach to 86 pages :) its a long wait but its worth,we do have a lot of trials before we get into this moment.
