guys im lost evrytime i ask about philippine passport renewal.i live in texas as i checked in the philippine sconsulate outreach program they already been here last april18-19 2010.i was not able to come because i just have a birth with my first baby at the same day they went here....my options is to go to LA to personalyy renew my passport .and if I go to LA is that 100% assurance that they will renew my passport? another thing is this that really confuse me is i have to make an appointment which is i dont understand ..what do you mean in make an appointment? do i have to call them first or do i have to fill up online for the appoinmentm to renew my passport....please enlighthen me..thank you so much

If you can wait a little longer they might have an outreach program scheduled for Texas some time soon. Just check the consulate's website everyday. Right now, they have one in Phoenix, Arizona for October 30th.

I have encountered this concern already and I believe there was someone who just finished renewing her passport that she doesn't have to go to the Philippine Consulate.

I believe it was happywifeymom who did the renewal through mail.

You can try to message her and ask how did she do it. And you can also try to google Philippine consulate's website and look for the steps on renewing a passport.
