Just wanted to know if this is normal. I got my AOS approved on Aug 15th. The officer said that I should get card in 14 business days. Didnt say anything about any delays with FBI check etc..

I checked my profile on USCIS account and it has not been updated. No welcome letter etc.. Is this normal?

Mind you my EAD was approved and they didnt even update that at all. Just got my card in the mail by surprise.

I had my interview at Seattle office. Just curious ya know. You've come this far and you just hope that there arent any more problems you have to go through. It's like jumping through hoops for these ppl.

For those awaiting their AOS, good luck to all. Make sure you eat something before you go to interview. I was so hungry and nervous I was going to hurl.

The system is not currently working properly. Many people with new cases are being told by the systems their case doesn't exist (like us) so I'm sure this glitch rolls over to all cases that should have been updated.

Congratulations on your approval!! Don't worry too much - we went through exactly what you are going through now. My husband and I were interviewed in Seattle on July 28th and we were approved. See my timeline below for exact dates but basically we received the welcome letter one week after the interview and the card came 10 days after the welcome letter. Our online status never changed and still, today, says that it was last touched on July 5th. I was so worried when I didn't see our online status change but everything was sent as the officer said it was and I'm sure it will be the same for you. Congratulations!

I agree!! My online status has not changed in quite awhile and I have an interview in a couple of weeks.

I figured there must be a glich in the system.

I also had my interview in Seattle on July 19. I have not received any information on my case and it has not been updated since May 31 online. Wish me luck :thumbs:

we had our appointment on the same day..I was approved and had the passport stamped (good for one year) was touched on July 22, and then nothing!!!!! Called my lawyer today to see if I should worry. He said that having that stamp is the same as the card, and there is nothing to worry about...easy for him to say, but anyway :lol: I expect it someday, and will just carry on as normal.....is that wrong :huh:
