3 years tax return

Hello,

On the I-864 form (Affidavit of support), The sponsor is supposed to provide his most recent 3 years Tax return with the form. My wife (she's the sponsor) has just turned 25 years old and this is her first year when she's making enough money to file on her own (she used to file with her mother as a dependent), so what would be a good solution for that ?

Thanks for your help!

some questions:

1. what visa do you hold currently?

2. what country do you reside in, currently ?

3. so what would be a good solution for that ? reform your question, thanks !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Darnell is right but your saying F-1.

Go here if you have not done so.

www.uscis.gov

To the right on the site you will find

"Working in the US"

At the bottom you will see this

"Student and Exchange Visitors"

If your F-1 cant be found in the

q&a or faq your best bet is call

them. We are k-3 and had income

problems. Maybe not the same but

we made an appointment with a real

(so called) uscis human. Face to face

(it) understood and approved. Your F-1

I dont know, income problems are the same

though.(I think, might be wrong though).

Long story short if your real make

the call. Get an appointment, make ur case.

ya, I'm not so convinced this is an F-1 case at all,

but I'm leaning towards

AOS from F-1 student visa, based on marriage to USC.

Not a K-3 topic, truly, but he doesn't seem to come back for any 'review' or answers.

Your right, not coming back. If he realy wanted a answer he would have answered you.

You said all was needed.
