my fiance[hubby now]sent me a money order from america[bank of america]and i sent it all in to honk kong with a tracking number, then i called hong kong cncc office and they said it will take a while for the cheak/money order to clear so i asked the officer in charge [my hubby asked and did all the calls]if a friend of ours can go in a pay for it in hong kong dollars and they gave my friend the cheak back to her and she paid cash and got reciept, then a week later the cncc certificate was sent to manila post office with tracking number and then the usembassy picks up there own mail from there in person.then you need to call manila post office and make sure the embassy picked it up!!then you call the embassy and make sure it is in your file for your interview!! u need to stay on top of everthing and make sure it is all there!!! look up member greeny7 and send her a PM and ask her how she paid she might have used another method but mine took from the time i sent to hong kong till embassy picked up 7 weeks, give it time to have your interview then you can change interview date if they still didnt pick up from post office!!
