my test waz last week and i pass it. interview went well missing some paper work which i submeted next day he want me to mail it. my question is how long it take to get the oth cermoney latter iam in houston texas any one know when is the oth cermoney. the other thing he told me he will have to make a dession. but showed me latter and told me make sure u read it and all that information will be on my nutilization certificate but when i waz leaving told me he will have to make dission

It sounds like you passed the test but a decision could not be made. If I understand correctly, you were missing some paperwork and he requested you to send them in the mail. If its missing paperwork, this should be pretty simple....BUT the wait could be up to 120 days. Be sure to send the missing paperwork ASAP. Regarding the oath ceremony, they will not give you an oath ceremony until the case is approved. Once they approve the case and send you the ceremony letter, it will have the location and address.
