Hi all

I need info

I moved to Alaska in August 2004 on a L1b visa. I meet my wife in November 2004. We got married on July 12th 2008. I got my green card on 13th March 2009. My wife has decided that she loves me but not in love with me and has moved out in September 2010. She is willing to help me do anything legal to help me remove the conditions of my green card. So we were married for over 2 years but the card has not had the conditions removed. We have not sent any paper for legal separation. If filing jointly I have to file in January 2011, for the conditions to be removed. Where do I stand. Am I going to get kicked out. It was a very bonified marriage. We have many friends that will state this and property and tax returns etc.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Andrew
