Oh Noz!

I used to go to Turkey for vacations...great beaches, um....not so great women. It was a popular tourist place with FSU citizens because Turkey lets you buy a visa at the POE so it was a place with good beaches that an FSU citizen could go to easily without visa problems and it was close...and cheap! Unbelieveable the physiological changes a flight across the Black Sea makes.

Anyway, it is was always easy to pick out the tourists. So no matter what Slim says about his hot "American" wife, she will always stand out in a crowd. Congratulations again, Slim. Seems to be the inevitable outcome.

I expect Alla to be able to vote for the next President also...hope it isn't Obama.

I'd be more than happy to pay her way for everything if I was in your age group

She left up out of here today in sweats and flip flops carrying a coffee and a bag (not a paketi, but a real bag) with her "nice clothes" to change into once they got to the other girl's condo. She didn't have her hair done, no make-up, and she had on flat shoes. I couldn't believe she went out into the streets where people could see her like that.

I'm dreading the weight gain. Although.... I am looking forward to having someone here to watch the games with.

Hey...I resemble that remark!

You are kidding about the rest, right? Voooooooooowhat?

Way to keep her on the hook! Must have snagged her in the tail and she hasn't figured out how to get off. :D ... that really didn't sound right...

Anyway. Congrats!

Awesome! Congrats on surviving your VisaJourney (and keeping your wife in the process)!!! We're looking forward to starting our last leg as well in a few more months. It's going to be nice as hell to be done with the paperwork once and for all!

Congratulations on becoming an American citizen. It sounds like she's made the transition quite well with leaving the house without makeup, etc. The weight gain will probably come from a good football season full of beer, chips and dip and all the other wonderful garbage we all consume during games.

My wife has been asking about getting a gun, so maybe I'll show her your wife's photos and see what she thinks about that. As to citizenship, she's waiting for me to retire so we can travel. At this point, she will probably never be a citizen.

Note to AKGuy: Shaun, that photo of your wedding is probably going to get a bunch of your buddies lining up to aak, "How do I get a Hot wife from Russia?" :wow:

think he'll at least dress out the first one for her? :hehe: or make her gut her own?

now that might make for an interesting "new citizen" photo  elbow deep in guts

I too would expect her to call "man's job" but she's pretty handy with that knife and dressing fresh meat. Even though she's a city girl, her grandmother had her butchering stuff at the dacha when she was little.

As for deer hunting... I don't see that happening. Way too early in the morning, way too boring, and way, way, waaaaaay, too cold! I know, I know. She's from Siberia. I don't get it either. Plus, the constant text messaging would probably ensure we saw no deer.

I expect Alla to be able to vote for the next President also...hope it isn't Obama.

My ol' roommate recently got her citizenship and updated her facebook status - "Jury duty. Welcome to citizenship."

The weight gain will probably come from a good football season full of beer, chips and dip and all the other wonderful garbage we all consume during games.

She's already a big fan of chicken wings and she watched, maybe, an hour of football with me on Sunday night. I told her if she wants to be a real American, it's time to start the ritual that is Sundays in the fall.

My wife has been asking about getting a gun, so maybe I'll show her your wife's photos and see what she thinks about that.

Seriously, show her. And then take her to an Appleseed. It's a good fun weekend and she'll learn a lot about shooting and American history. She may even ask you to take her again! (And then tell you to buy more guns!)

As to citizenship, she's waiting for me to retire so we can travel. At this point, she will probably never be a citizen.

No reason to wait, especially since it takes a few months and then getting a passport could take quite a while as well. Go for it.

We started this whole VJ process with her showing up here, "I not will be US citizen because I strong, indepensive, Russian woman who so gorgeous and so wonderful and why I must make protcess for citizenship? Huh? I will be do my business and don't need zis stupid sh!t." Less than six months of being eligible, and she applied - all on her own.

She's always said she's not going to make application for her mom and sis.....

Note to AKGuy: Shaun, that photo of your wedding is probably going to get a bunch of your buddies lining up to aak, "How do I get a Hot wife from Russia?" :wow:

That'll probably happen. I know I've been asked the MOB question more than once.

I looked at that pic and said, "Either he's a huge dude, or she's really tiny. Or photoshop. Or all three!"

{snipped}

well at least she can butcher the meat that you bring home

i guess i'm spoiled, i dont go out in the woods and do camo or the blinds or treestand things :P i sit on back porch and wait for them to come eat wild strawberries and other goodies on the hill behind house :D

too cold? LOL okie dokie

introduce her to the world of fleece, lightweight and warm.

carharts ... durable

snowpants ... necessity for wintertime fun, unless you like a cold wet behind from sledding!!

and Down coats (those would make someone sweat even in the Adirondacks!)

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Everything but the photochop. I'm not "huge", only 6'3, but she is a peanut at around 5'4. She won't let me measure or weigh her though.

(don't tell her I said anything, but she's on her tipy toes in the picture. ;) )

She's cold regardless of what she's wearing. I don't even think she's cold... it's just an excuse to b!tch.

I see they have an appleseed event in Wilmington, I might go to see how it is set up. normally we just go to a friends farm to shoot since he dont mind.

You should definitely show up. Bring your friends too!

Wow! That's a huge size difference. I can't even imagine my wife being a foot shorter than me... then again, there aren't too many people that are a foot shorter than me so I wouldn't really know what that's like.
