According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I'd rather post the median house price in Boston, which couldn't even purchase 45% of the equivalent house in various Aussie cities.

I know that I have never had to wait for surgery or anyone that I know of has ever had to wait but again I do live in a city that is world renown as a medical center with the world class Medical center that leaders from around the world come to for about any kind of treatment needed. It is almost ridiculous the amount fo hospitals we have here and the top notch medical care we receive as a way of life. I will say that on my journeys around the world the one thing I have noticed is that the medical care is always substandard to any place I have ever been from what I am used to back home.
