Ok My case Status right now is Card/Document Production but before i recieved this info in my email i got a notification from USCIS ( i got in my email again)

it says that my husband's Petition is already been approved and they sent me a notification last August 31,2010,i wondered why i still didn't got it by now,..what happened is we used to live in Jayton Tx while our case was still Pending, but last June we moved in Hamlin Tx and i know for sure that i change my address and mailing address here in Hamlin now that was in the same month of June ,so i did the change of Address or AR 11 Online and i have the confirmation number already. A week later i got a letter from USCIS and it said that They updated my new address in their system and they say Thankyou for notifying them of my change of address. So since then i was confident that USCIS is updated in my latest address. But what happened is USCIS still sent the Approval petition in my Old address and when i called the lady who live in my old place they said that they resend my Notice Apprroval back in USCIS,so right now i really don't know how will i get those Papers back from USCIS here in my new address, and right now the card production takes only 30 days for me to recieved so i am worried if i can't be able to get my Greencard.Who had the same situation? Please let me know what do u think should i do in this situation? do i have to make another AR 11 form and send it to them via mail?

Anyway thanks again advance.

Maybe you should call USCIS hotline? Did you try to call them? I also moved recently but I received my GC a week before we move. I call the USCIS hotline the other day just to make sure my change of address online was documented. She said as long as I don't have pending case, online filing of AR-11 is fine. But if i have pending case, I have to call them and send them the AR-11 form aside from filing online.

Hope you get this problem resolved... smile.gif

Yes i did call them (USCIS) and costumer representative said that it might be a system error,so they advised me to download the AR 11 form, fill it up,sign it and send it to them, but i was thinking that it might gonna take a while before they recieved this AR 11 form and we never know if my GC Is on the way now and was addressed again in my old address so i am still confused but hopefully we can fix this problem... Thanks for your reply and im glad that you already had your GC,COngrats.
