Alla ahs been here for two years tomorrow, Sept. 11 and we married Sept. 19. Filing for LOC next month!!! My how time flies. Hard to believe it has been two years but she has made a lot of progress and fits in well.

For all of those struggling with the changes a new spouse brings, especially when they are not too good at the language, learning to drive, etc...it gets better. Though I picked her up after class today and she wanted to get shoes...two new pair of high heels! Glad some things never change!

You know, I never actually gave this much thought... but does she sleep naked too?

I'm not trying to get too deep into your business (and honestly don't care) but just for sake of argument, I've not met too many women that will sleep completely naked. Well, not every single night, anyway. They either get cold or "have to" cover certain parts up. Plus, all the Russian/FSU women I've, ahem, "slept" with, are always worried about "bacteria or somesing" entering their woman parts.

Is Gary the only naked one? (For the record, that's how we roll around here too. Especially since fans and/or cool air are forbidden!)

Um, well, more than two years. Two years in the USA.

But yes, I can proudly say that unless she was visiting in Ukraine/Russia and I was here, we go to bed together and wake up together (naked) every morning and it makes all of life a whole lot easier. Makes it pretty hard to be bother by everyday ups and downs when you have a wonderful wife and she sleeps naked with you every night. Just TRY to make me have a "bad day". If she needs to stay up late ans study, I stay up with her. If I am out late, she is awake when I get home.

I would wish the same for everyone else.

Yeah. I think Alla is a borderline nudist. She is naked most of the time if she is home and the boys aren't here, wears a thin robe if they are. Sunbathes naked if the boys aren't home (better this summer since they both had jobs) and loves to go swimming naked in the streams durng the day (one of the great traditions of Vermont!) and the lake. I LOVE when we have a heat wave here, it means we are going to be laying around and playing in the streams naked all afternoon! Best waterpark in the world if you ask me! She won't even take a nap without being naked.

Look, I don't think it is a big deal but it seems like a lot of people do  She IS my wife you know, I DO get to see her naked. Big surprise. I preseume oither married people here see their wives naked. Maybe I am somehow unique? The point is, that no matter what happens in our days, every day, come evening we get naked and I get to "keep her warm" (except on the occasional hot night in Vermont (almost an oxymoron)and protect her from bears.

I would only wish the same sense of intimacy and pleasure for everyone. If you can look forward to going to bed and waking up with your WIFE, I think it is a good thing.

As for sleeping naked, on my side of the wold. I'm all about it, Anna not so much. Because, yes, dirt on the sheets! Cat's been in the bed! I didn't wash my damn feet! Again! :D It's all good, we're nekkid when it counts. ;)

Congrats!!! Awesome to see how happy many RUB couples are (as opposed to the news which only likes to show disasters). May you have many more decades of happy anniversarys!

Actually this makes me think...would be really cool if there was a website where people could post how happy they are in their relationships so we could see which countries have the highest satisfaction rating (while we all know would be RUB)!

Wow, already two years. That's great. It does go fast, doesn't it. I can't believe that this November it will be 5 years that Lena arrived.

The permanent card is a piece of cake. The most difficult part is paying the da*n fee. Those are starting to get really expensive. I'm glad we are past all of that for a while. My wife and son will probably go the citizenship route before the permanent (10 year) card expires since the fees will probably be pretty similar by then.

As to sleeping naked, it seems that the guys are pretty much up for that, but wives vary. As long as the nakedness is there when we want it, that's what really matters. I've always told my wife I just want to be ready for action. Some how she thought that meant I would rush out of the house naked in case of fire.

While hiking yesterday in the Kettle Moraine State Forest, Alla and I determined our relationship, on a scale of 1-10, is 11 !!!

Our love and respect for each other increases virtually every day; that is not an exaggeration.

Also, we sleep darn-near nekid and always in each others' arms.

Congrats to both Alla and Gary; they are good folks.

Same story here.

If you head over to OT, you'll see that Australia is tops in everything when it comes to happiness and satisfaction. I'd also like to point out merely staying together doesn't equal happiness.

I've always told my wife I just want to be ready for action. Some how she thought that meant I would rush out of the house naked in case of fire.

I know survival type people who actually have all their stuff laid out, ready to go in case of fire.
