is there any sample letter of permission for my stpedaughter to travel here? i now nvc will request that correct?

Yes NVC will want a notarized letter from the other parent allowing permission for the child to move to the USA.

All my letter said was

I (kids father's name) give my permission for (my name) to move our children(kids names) to the United States to live. We used full names.

I had a court order for my son so No note was needed. I do know that it must include as much information as possible. I would write something in the lines of :

I Devon john (moms name) allow and agree to my daughter "jessica smith" immigrating to the United States of America with her Father, John smith. We have come upon this agreement together as parents and believe this is the best opinion for our child. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at (888)657-7857. My home address is 345 hill drive, etc.
