This is EZ guide assuming the beneficiary is the spouse. The main purpose of this guide is to get an overall picture of this entire IR1/CR1 process. After reading it, please review the detailed steps in other guides.

I'd question the entry point, though for a wiki page , on 'User talk:Lotofpatience'

as 'User Talk' usually is not for a 'main page'

and

this could certainly be considered a 'main page'

are you having editing issues recently? we can bug Cap'n Ewok to fix, if that's the case.

I called the USCIS on 8-25-10 as suggested. Thanks! I got a touch on 9-8-10 woooh000 finally something. I hope to see something more than that, but it least the date changed from 2-24 to 9-8. LOL It's a step forward. They did say I should hear something by 9-25. I hope the NOA2 is coming soon. That would be a nice birthday present!

The reason why I created is - many new folks ask some basic questions (it is not their fault!) about the process and I (may be many others as well :-)) am tired typing again and again :-) One pocket guide will give an overview to them.
