It depends on your state, look up your states DMV and check the requirements on the State ID and such. You probably cant get one if your I-94 is expired or close to expiration. In which case you will have to wait till you get your EAD or Green Card to get a state ID card.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

We live in California, sadly my I-94 is already expired, im guessing it applies for the SSN too for what im reading.

If my mexican driver's licence is still unexpired, i have the right to drive in the USA correct??

If its a valid license yes, but change it to your state license as soon as you can. Im not sure if they would allow you to use the NOA1 from the AOS to get your DL changed but you can try, wouldnt hurt to try. Most places require EAD or green card to get it tho.

Yes same for SSN - Expired I-94 means they wont issue you the SSN either and you need EAD or green card to get the SSN.
