60 days is pass my mother didnt receive any email from the USCIS

i call the 1-800-375-5283 she say"september 29 is 60days:,i say if i wait to septmber it will be 90 days, and she keep saying sir sir sir do you have any other question i say no!!!!!!!!!!

here are NO FP or interview, the USCIS just request the evidence, that can prove my mom and dad are couple.

when you call back to USCIS, get an ISO, tier 2 human - see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5

and

ask your questions again.

Assumption - petitioner must call in, not the beneficiary.
