Try to call the US Embassy Manila and ask their help, what the best thing you need to do.And also let your fiancee call the NVC about your mispelled Middle Name.Call them as soon as possible. Good luck.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion. According to the NVC/DOS to inform/report this to US Embassy Manila. I will try to call them nextweek but im not sure yet if they can entertain my concerns since my papers still on the way to Manila.

No need to contact anyone. It is not a problem. Be sure when you apply for the visa that you spell the name correctly. They will issue the visa in exactly the name as in your passport no matter what it says on your NOA2. They do not reject visa applications for clerical errors and in many countries that use a different alphabet (Russia and Ukraine for example) there can be multiple spellings of the name on a single document. Not a problem.
