So one of the things that you can show at the AOS interview, is that you have joint credit card acconts. Well, we were in a catch 22 situation where I couldn't add my husband as a joint card holder (b/c of no SS#), but he received his own card as an authorized user on our credit cards instead.

How did some of you actually add your SO to your credit cards? or did you at all? You think it is is enough if I just show credit card receipts from stores etc. that show his name on them? Because he is an authorized user on the account?

My wife was in this position. All we did was make a copy of both cards (hers and mine). They showed the same account number, therefore it passed the test. The interviewer was appreciative of that.

We did the exact same thing - brought photocopies of the cards with the same account number and showed our originals to her during the interview.
