I was doing a little investigative surfing...

and I came upon this file from DHS which has a

lot of names and cryptic references along with them.

Particularly interesting is the name of the subjects

that have been replaced by "Withheld pursuant to (b)(6)"

In an effort to see what that means, I came up with this:

Governmentattic.org

Which leads to the Freedom Of Information Act

(6) personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy;

Could I have found Al Capone's vault at DHS?

This seems to be a file that would warm the cockles of J. Edgar Hoover.

Don't know what this is, but most of the subjects have Italian-sounding last names.

It looks like the "requestors" are DHS staff and they are doing queries on the DHS database regarding

general and individual case issues.

I wasn't looking for dirt on anyone or anything - I came upon it totally by accident.
