yes my husband received his letter for his biometric appointment for 10-28-10. :thumbs::dance:

I sent mine to the Chicago lockbox 2 days before you and got my texts/emails 2 days before you and still haven't gotten my biometrics appointment :huh: the last time they were touched was 9/27.

Day 1: 09/15/10 - Sent I-130, I-485, I-765, & I-102 via USPS

Day 2: 09/16/10 - Chicago Lockbox recieved package

Day 7: 09/22/10 - NOA1 for I-130, I-485, I-765

Day 12: 09/27/10 - I-130, I-485, I-765 TOUCHED

Day 14: 09/29/10 - NOA1 for I-102

Day 19: 10/04/10 - Received Biometrics appointment for 11/01/2010 in Naperville, IL

Day 35: 10/20/10 - I-102 application APPROVED

Day 38: 10/23/10 - Received I-102 approval letter and replacement I-94

Day 47: 11/01/10 - Biometrics done

Day 47: 11/01/10 - I-485 & I-765 TOUCHED

Day 50: 11/04/10 - Interview Notice for 12/16/10

Day 61: 11/15/10 - EAD Card Production Ordered (E-mail)

Day 64: 11/18/10 - EAD Card Production Ordered - 2nd order (E-mail)

Sent my paperwork in September 10th!

NOA: September 16th

RFE: September 30th for I-485

Waiting to receive letter outlining what I apparently didn't provide.

AUG 2004: Met online

JULY 2005: Met face to face for the first time.

2005-2008: Traveled back and forth to see each other.

NOV 2008: Traveled to USA to visit partner.

JAN 2009: Married

SEP 10th 2010: Filed AOS

SEP 16th 2010: Received NOA

SEP 30th 2010: Received RFE for I-485

JAN 3rd 2011: Received letter for interview

FEB 10th 2011: Interview. Approved. Passport stamped for travel.

Waiting for green card to arrive in mail!

I got my RFE for I485 email Oct 4 now waiting on the actual letter to see what evidence I didn't provide.

9/29/2010 Received Biometrics letter and NOAs for I485 and I765(this was dated 9/21/2010)(Biometrics date 10.19.2010)

10/04/2010 Received email of RFE for I485... waiting for it in letter

9/7/2010 Sent AOS package

9/9/2010 Package received at Chicago lock box

9/20/2010 Received first NOA for I131. (dated 9/17/2010)

finally got my letter for my biometrics yesterday, dated on Oct 4th. The appointment is for Nov. 1 but I'm going to try to see if they'll let me walk-in next week and get it done! Crossing my fingers!

Will our applications not get "touched" anymore until the biometrics are done?

It is possible to receive touches prior to the biometrics we received one a week before and then another touch the day after the biometrics

Some people also receive RFE's before they have their biometrics appointment so the files are still being processed :)

Removal of Conditions

09/03/2012 - Window opens

10/03/2012 - Mailed I-751 via USPS Priority Mail

10/05/2012 - Arrived @ VSC

09/19/2012 - NOA1 dated (actually received 11/7/12)

12/11/2012 - Biometrics taken

12/03/2012 - Conditional Green Card expires

Just a suggestion. It would be nice if those without timelines could add it so we could have an idea of the timeframe you are working it.

My husband tried to walk-in at the Detroit office and they said they do not have a walk-in policy. It was worth the try. Actual biometric appt is 10-28-10, so only 2 more weeks. Hope it goes by fast. :wacko:

11-12-2010 - Received call from congresswoman's office stating they were contacting USCIS to expedite EAD

11-15-210 - Received call from congresswoman's office confirming request to expedite approved and EAD will be adjudicated in 7 business days and should received card 10 days after that. Also the I-485 has been moved to the next step to schedule interview too. Yeah - so happy!!!

11-19-2010 - Received email AP approved and EAD card in production.

11-19-2010 - Received interview letter - appt scheduled on 12-21-2010. :)

11-22-2010 - Received AP in mail

11-26-2010 - Received EAD in mail (Went on 11-29-10 for job interview and start on 12-6-10)

12-21-2010 - Went on Interview and was APPROVED!!!
