Happy Caturday MENA!

We are over in Tampa today visiting my daughter and son in law. Hubby and I were out at the pool and just got chased in by the daily thunderstorm. Poor hubster hasn't been caught outside in one of florida's famous lightning storm! Needless to say, I doubt very serious if he will get caught outdoors again!rofl.gif

Olivia~ that job opportunity is very very nice~ sounds like it has a great potential!!!! Good luck with it!!

~Jackie, why in the world do they want 4 months of cell phone bills????blink.gif To show that you communicate with each other??? If you are living together...man, now I am worried about it too!! And we don't file ROC until 01/12!! I think!!!!sad.gif

Ugh, let us know what else is needed!!!

That is great that Jackie and Olivia's hubbys do AOS the same day!! What a comparison tool that will be!!! Good luck both of you!!!

Well, the storm is about over...I would love to go back out to the pool, but I doubt very seriously hubster will beable to handle it!!!!

Hello everyone... good luck on your interviews Olivia and Jackie.. hey Jeanne, Sara, Andrea and JVTA :star: I want some middle eastern food but i am afraid to make it.. i don't want habibi to say ewww :blush: i wish my sister in law could come here for awhile and teach me how to cook ... she cooks very well... i sure do miss Egypt :crying:

Ahh Andrea, how I know all to well the lightning storms in Tampa! I loved the area, but did not like the humidity. I do miss the wonderful seafood Florida had to offer. It's kinda hard getting good seafood in the desert!!! :lol:

Andrea, I was taking a nap today and the thunder woke me :angry:

I remember the first few weeks after I arrived here I screamed every time I heard thunder, and hubby would say: "Relax. It's nothing yet." :blush:

Anyways, he's out fishing tonight (yes, while it's still raining and possibly thundering and lightening again.)..and I'm staying up folding clothes and reading.

Jackie, asking for 4-months of phone bills is so weird. I wonder what we'd do if that was asked from us!.. I did finish my letter for you and Ibrahim, but I still need to mail it. I do hope you get it before the interview.

Olivia, my fingers are crossed for you and Waleed.

We have sent our AOS RFE reply on Sept. 3rd and hoping for a speedy approval or an interview date ASAP as well... That process is not any less stressful than the visa process...

I just thought I would join in, and say hello to everyone. I hope everyone had a good day, and is getting settled in nicely for the night. I also wanted to share a photo that Hamza (My fiance) made for my daughter. He is really good with the photoshopping so he did Emma ( my daughter) as a genie in a lamp! I think its Cute. He bought her this belly dancing outfit, when I went to see him in Tunisia.

12/23/10 Finally Visa in hand. Took little under a month from visa approval, till issuance.

12/31/10 Hamza's Flight to the USA!

12/31/10...7:19 PM Hamza Arrived in the US! Best New Years Ever!

2/22/11 Married!!!

I always seem to get on way late at night. but hello and good night and good morning to the ones who get on in the morning! ugh another monday but I am having a call so that I can start my college online classes again. But this time with another college and it seems this one is less expensive then the one I was going to before. Inshaallah I will be up in time to talk to the advisor.

It's been a few days or so since I've been on here...I'm finally feeling better from my surgery, although I can't seem to remember a lot of what has happened over the past week :whistle: LOL. And I'm so excited, I leave for Cairo tomorrow :dance: and for once I'm already packed and ready to go!! :)

Good Monday Morning to you Mandy, Jenell & Andrea! Mandy I'm glad the surgery went well and I can't believe that you're already off to Cairo tomorrow! Have a safe and fabulous trip!

I'm trying to finish my resume and cover letter for the Video Editor job prospect. I got so frustrated last night with it and the online application. For the life of me I couldn't find where the online application was to submit it and so I guess I'll have to submit the hard copy application with attachments. I also have over 11 different versions of resumes I've submitted based on various jobs I've applied for. As I found out in the interview last Friday it wasn't my resumes though. The Chief Photographer told me they had over 1,700 applications for a $7.50 an hour job. blink.gif

After getting some sleep last night I'm feeling a little more up to tackling this resume, cover letter and job application today. Andrea, I need a hazelnut soy latte too. tongue.gif
