Jenell, sorry your daughter didn't get the job. I hope another one will come soon!

Wael is finally down to 1 midterm, 2 honor papers and 3 presentations. Then he gets to do

it all over again in 3 wks. I do believe his brain is totally maxed out!

Hey everyone!

I hope everyone is doing great! Kelly and Sharifah Congratulations!!! I love babies!!!!

I hope both of you are doing great in your pregnancies!!! Meh, well, I am way past wanting to start youngins again...heh heh I wanting to start Grandma'ing now!!! That way I can send them home when they start to cry!!!!:rofl: So I will hold out for grandbabies in the coming years!!

Happy Hump Day! It's Wednesday here officially.

The job is going great! I'm really loving it. I'm doing a lot of editing and a getting good feedback. I'm enjoying my schedule, the people, the company, the lack of stress.

I'm also starting training as a news producer to learn what they do and to be a fill in as needed.

I'm really happy to be getting this experience encase I decided to take a full-time news producer position in the future.

I don't want to get stuck in a 2 year contract while waiting on dh to pass his exams and get a residency, which might be someplace else.

Sweeps month start Oct 28th and goes through November. It's the last quarter of the year and I'm told our work load will be substantially more.

Right now I'm burying my head in and absorbing as much as I can.

Life seems really good and I'm really happy.

Had a bad start to my night but thank God I'm feeling better! The older I get, the less tolerant to pain I become. Boooo to intolerance!:angry:

Sooooooo I'm just hangin' out at work and waiting for 6am so I can go home, get my lil'man off to school, and go have a love affair with my bed, blanket, and pillows!!!!! (maybe after watching another couple episodes of the office):hehe:

Happy Hump Day MENA!!!

Olivia I'm so happy for you and that the new job is going good :thumbs: . Being happy in your place of work is very important, if you don't like your job or the work environment it will show in your work performance

Well I returned home from Cairo yesterday, I'll try and make this story short....Mohamed went for his medical, however didn't have his passport, he had given it to his work to process his visa for KSA in case something happened and he had to return there to work, so they told him he needed to bring his passport with him next time. He contacted his company to get his passport, they finished his visa, however would not give him back his passport until he picked up his ticket to return to KSA from the airport. They said since he signed another contract with them that if he didn't go he would have to pay a ton of money. So yesterday I came home and he went to KSA. He doesn't really want to do the visa in KSA, so he is planning on returning to Egypt in about a week. I have to travel to Detroit again on Sunday for work for a week, and when I get back I'm going back to Egypt

I had a great time and didn't want to leave, its so hard to come back without the one you love :(

We sure had some wild west weather yesterday!! The wind, rain, thunder and lightning was

so loud but just AWESOME! What a show!! After the storm I saw over one of the mountains

a double rainbow.....beautiful, just beautiful. I ran for my camera...of course no batteries...of course

couldn't find the new batteries....so grabbed Wael's cellphone and took a couple pics. He has the

phone so I can't download them yet. I will when I have the chance.

Here's hoping everyone is having a wonderful day!

Jeaanne, You all are getting the weather from us. First we had dry lighting and the past two days it has been raining which is weird since last week was 90 degrees plus.

Do you know how speedy, or not, this part of the process is, his card expires in December? How can we check online, will they send us a case number or something?

Yay to all the baby news! Congrats to you ladies! I'm having a killer week... Adam has been getting home around 330am from work and I have to be up at 430am for work, so I get woke up at 330am, then officially get up at 430am for work! Tiring!

For our good news, the contract on the house is officially agreed to well in our favor... The loan has started in process today. 4.5% fixed interest, 100% financing no down payment! Im really excited and cant wait to sign on closing day!!!

Jeanne, I bet the weather looks awesome out there! I lived in Phoenix for a year when I was younger, I just remember playing outside with all the locust shells we found on the trees and wearing them as jewelry!!:rofl:

On my end, well hubby did it! He is now a fine owner of his very own driver's license!! Of course, the first thing out of his mouth is now, I need a car! :P

I just need to make sure my nerves are intact!!! I will be looking forward of not having to go pick him up at night when he gets off of work though!!!

Congrats Sharifah and Kelly on the baby news. So exciting!! Well now that others have shared, I think I will as well. Ahmad and I are also expecting. I am 14 weeks along. We are SUPER excited!!!!!!!!
