Hello,

Our NOA1 is dated 7/30/2010.

On our Timeline, under "Processing Estimates/Stat:" it says "Based on time line data your I-129F may be adjudicated between October 31, 2010 and November 25, 2010."

What does "Adjudicated" mean? Is this when the USCIS is processing our paperwork and sending out our NOA2, or is this the process that takes place at the US Embacy in Manilla? (my fiance is in the Philippines).

Posted (edited)

Adjudicated means, the time your petition will be processed and a decision made. Hopfully approved, and NOA2 sent out. Very odd VJ has such a large time gap for the ajudication. I think mine was only about a time gap of about week, and ended up being approved at the end of the estimated time.

yeah, I too noticed the gap has increased recently...Just like John & Flor, we got approved exactly when the timeline estimated we would, so that was wonderful. Good luck and hope your NOA2 will come soon!

This time of year there are other petitions to process so things slow down for the CR/IR/K series.

ahh, that explains why nothing seems to be moving lately at CSC or VSC. I hope the Texas Center will speed up the process :innocent:

Mine was touched once about 2 weeks after they received it... then it wasn;t touched again for about 90 days, when it was approved.

Unfortunately, Texas won't speed up the process. All Texas is doing is processing the payment and forwarding the package on to California or Vermont.

I am also a June filer. Based on my timeline data, the time has disappeared for the decision because there are "Not enough data to estimate." WOW! Either people have received their NOA2's and haven't updated their VJ accounts/timelines or CSC is REALLY REALLY slow. I was really hoping that a decision would be made also sometime this month but now it really looks like October might be more realistic. I wish I would've filed it early May.
