Hello there, i just wanna ask a questions,i got a notification a week ago that my (and my kids) I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN is approved.I am still waiting for the mail actually they said they sent it by mail last August 31,2010 and then today when i was checking my mail i got this message..

Ok what is this means? I didn't even got a Notice for my interview yet but i heard that if they transferred your case to California office it means there's a possibility

that they wont gonna interview you and my case was transferred there last March 2010. Please let me know anything about what this mail means...

Thanks

Jowayne

Yup - yer approved, no interview.

This is the best news, ever !!!!!

Perhaps , to celebrate, you'd fill out yer official VJ timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=71496 ???

Helps those coming up behind you, always. Also 'reworks' the stats for PI, as well, even a small bit.
