Alright, my husband will be getting his medical examination done next month so we can file for his AOS. Now I am a bit confused because I thought that I read that you do not need another examination done if you file within one year of your first examination which was done in Ciudad Juarez. He did not need any vaccinations but I do not have proof of the examination. Can someone please just confirm to me that he does need another medical examination here in the States so I can proceed with the process? Thank you for your help 

You should have recieved a sheet called DS-3025 from the panel physician that has all the vaccination records. Bring that to a civil surgeon and have them transcibe the vaccination history onto form I-693. Be careful they will try to rip you off and charge you for full medical again. Look around for a reasonable priced one.

My husband got his exam las month, sadly DR here wont fill out your for if they dont perform the complete examination, so they will do a blood test and if he needs a reenforcement of the vaccine they will put them....

My husban previous exam was in june, he got all his vaccine in Dominican Republic, and I had the proove, and the tuberculosys i had the X ray, they didnt want that, so we had to do everything! I tried to make them use the info i have but they said that they need to be sure what they are doing... so sadly didnt found another Dr who could do the form without the examination.

About the Vaccine if you dont have proof he can get a lab work were it shows his inmunity...

My husband never received any forms when he did the medical exam in his country. However, we did have his original vaccination records from when he was a child. We took these to a Civil Surgeon in our area and he filled in the vaccination part of the medical form for a nominal fee (@$30).

We had no problems doing it that way and have just completed our AOS interview. Good luck!
