Checklist for I-864 missing

I have been requested to complete the following checklist( missing in the first i-864 i sent)

Part 8 Sponsor's Contract

[x] The (sponsor)'s signature must be original.

[x] The (sponsor)'s signature must be in blue or black pen.

My question it is given that i should print a new form and do the signing again but do I have to sent the supporting documents again...like IRS-issued transcript or a copy of recent tax return? Please do your usual help and reply

Did NVC inform you by mail or email? Did they return your entire AOS package?

They requested the missing documents with email, they did not return the whole document

Then you can send only those missing document completed. Please make sure the right address and a covering letter explaining the situation. Don't forget to highlight NVC Case#, your I-130 Receipt# and any A# if applicable. Also write the full name, DOB of both the petitioner and the beneficiary.

This shows only a new I-864 form must be completed and signed and send to them. Include cover letter with all the references I provided in the prior post of this thread.

Can you please update your timeline or let me know when u sent u'r I-864 and how long it took to get RFE. I sent mine and still waiting and would like to get an idea on how long its taking right now. Thanks
