OK, so my fiance is coming to the states for us to marry, then going back to England until the formal immigration process is done. Easy, got that. He was an idiot when he was younger and has a minor criminal record, DUI and drugs caution. So for him to come here on a tourist visa he had to go through the full process of an interview and medical exam. Well its taking forever, and I was hoping to get an idea of how much longer it will take. His medical results will get to the embassy tomorrow (sept 9) at lunchtime, does anyone have a feel for how long it will take the embassy to contact him for his passport, then how long it will take for the visa to be stamped and sent back to him. Of course all of this is assuming that he is approved.
