I received a package yesterday to pay the $88.00 fee and to the DS-3032 form.

if you have the IIN, you can sign up for the online payment portal, go forth.

If you don't have the IIN, ask yer Mother, the Petitioner, to call in to NVC,

give some email addresses, then ask for 'AOS fee bill via email' as the IIN

is inside the AOS fee bill.

Should my mom be filling out the I-864EZ?

This are the requirements?

All three of the following are true:

You filed a Form I-130 petition, for your relative

The there is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and

All your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows on one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

She only has one job, but doesn't have enough income. I would be co-sponsor.

I'm unsure on which forms to filled out.

My Mom if the petitioner. Her income is not enough so she would be using me as a co-sponsor.

I'm the owner of the house and my Mom lives with me. So I'm the head of household and I'm getting confused with the joint sponsor.

I believed I got it all figured out.

My Mom as the petitioner will filled the I-864 and since she doesn't meet the minimum requirement. I will combined income with her and filled out an I-864a. I don't have to filled out the I-864, only my mom.

You'll need to have yer MOM, the PETITIONER, the PRIMARY SPONSER,

fill one out.

IF YOU ARE A CO-SPONSER, then

suggest you 'resubmit all'

with 2 I-864's , as

NVC is really loopy about this stuff.

Suggest you make a new set this weekend, send it in on Tuesday when the post office is open again.

I prepared everything over the weekend and I'm just waiting for her employer to give the letter of employment.

I checked the website the same day and the bill was available for me. I paid it Friday night and it showed up as paid yesterday. I'm waiting for my sister to send me the birth certificate. She is going to mail it tomorrow.

When are you planning to send yours? it looks like our cases are moving at the same time.

exactly i think they moving at the same time . So i did paid the IV on friday so ( is in process yet) so im hoping tomorrow will show as PAID. so i can mail out tomorrow the package.

So i wanna ask you too did have an update for the I864 in automatic sevices? I checked many times till today no update yet ( it doesnt mention that we recieve the I864) hehe i was hoping no RFE thought.

My Sister sent me the signed ds-230 thru the internet. Are they looking for the sign hard copy?

I called them yesterday and they told me they received the i864 on Friday and its under review.
