my wife overstayed her visa. i dont think that should be a problem i have form 485 and 130 for her but i am wondering about her son, my stepson, do i fill out the same paperwork for him? i just got back from work so i havent had time to look through the instructions or the forms. i am just not sure how to get their paper work together.

TIMELINE

10/21/10 - sent i-130 (2) and i-485 (2) for wife and stepson

10/28/10 - received SMS and E-mail Recepts for applications

11/04/10 - Received paper receipts

11/08/10 - Fingerprint letter

11/17/10 - fingerprint appointment for both stepson and wife

Your posting in the wrong section she is not adjusting from a family visa she is adjusting from a tourist visa. Cant really help with that never seen a woman and son adjust from a tourist. if mods can move this maybe you can get some help.
