Does any one know the statute of limitation for getting an annulment if you were married in Montreal?

You need a lawyer from montreal that is an annulment lawyer, annulment in quebec is very different from other provinces in canada.

my cousin sent me this link to post for you. She annuled her first marriage in quebec because they were married there and lost nearly everything to the guy.

They deal with matremonial regime and have to have signed notarial contracts and if they are not careful the husband/wife could take the other to the cleaners. They have alot of different marriage rules than other provinces as well.

Wow - interesting read, thanks alot Inky.

Its weird they require a 20 day listing of your names and address before you marry. Dont think iv seen that anywhere else before...
