We are started gathering all of our documents now for filing of my removal of condition, We probably gonna send it by next week. I am worried a little coz we dont have any bills address both in our names. We thought it is not that important if who's paying bills, as long it paid lol. And didn't think we gonna need it in my removing of condition. We defenitly gonna fix this someday, but for right now this what we only have..

1. Copy of my passport and U.S. Permanent Resident Card.

2. Copy of our Marriage Certificate.

3. Copy of my driver's license, showing my proof of address record.

4. 2 sworn affidavits of U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our marriage and relationship.

5. Copies of our 2008 and 2009 federal tax returns, filed jointly.

6. Copies of our 2008 and 2009 New Jersey state tax returns, filed jointly.

7. Copies of our both savings and joint account statements.

8. Copies of our health ensurance cards, showing joint coverage.

9. Copies of documentation of recent refinance of our home, showing joint application and ownership.

10. Copy of recent automobile insurance policy, showing joint coverage.

11. Copy of my husband employer, showing me both dependent and beneficiary in all programs and insurances.

12. Copy of my employer, showing my husband as listed beneficiary.

13. Printouts of my husband employer, showing me as the beneficiary on both retirement savings and NQDC plan.

14.Copies of husband both will and andvanced health directive, showing me as a trustee and beneficiary.

15. Copies of photo's and various trips since of our marriage.

That's all we have... So far. Thought what we only dont have is our bills that my name is not on it.. and credit cards that I refuse not to have lol. So, is this gonna be a problem or what? Just need more info.. Thanks.

I believe you'll do just fine with the evidence you have. We didn't have any bills with both of our names on it and we got approved. We didn't even have a joint bank account. The only items we had with both our names was a tax return and our lease.

Good luck!!
