The information for assembling regarding the I-129 Packet was great. Does anyone have any information on assembling the I-130 packet? I noticed on the instructions from the USCIS web site that the photos for the G-325 can not be over 30days old? Is there some kind of date that is supposed to be printed on the back of the photo from the photo shop? Also, how long does the process take before she is in the USA?

Thanks.

Hi there.

You could visit the Visa Journey Guides (the link is up on your screen, in between Portals and Wiki). I'd suggest you and your SO browse through the requirements and start filling out the forms and completing the paperwork...then if there is anything unique to your situation, you can come back here with your questions. Are you guys applying for CR-1?

No need for the date to be printed at the back of the photo. I would do those last prior to submission so you know they are the most current.

Processing time would depend on which service center is processing it...that is determined by which state you live in. Would be a good idea for you to fill in your timeline and provide some baseline information so other members who have undergone situations similar to yours can easily help you. :)
