Seems that I will be moving to NJ (South Jersey)soon and I have not a clear idea about how cold is going to be there, or how the weather is or is going to be in the next days.. so maybe somebody who comes from southamerica (and probably have my same cold tolerance since I am from SA too) could tell me....

In Lima right now is chilly, and husband said that right now in his part of the world is crazy hot....(I saw memebers of his family with tans)

tshirts? shorts? skirts? what? of course I can always make a huge sacrifice and go shopping :innocent: but I am not going to be dressed inapropiate while that moment comes ...so.... :help:

I am in North Carolina, but I lived in New York and have lived in Peru for part of the winter. Right now it is still hot so you should have t-shirts and shorts or skirts. Jeans would also be fine because almost everywhere we have air conditioning. In the next couple of months it will become gradually colder and in the winter you will probably see snow.

Posted (edited)

End of September is basically like spring time, it fluctuates, it can be really nice, and warm during the day and a little chill in the evening.

I went to college in Queens, and I still recall some freshmen with shorts and forgot they have late classes, you don't dress like this if you are going to be waiting for the bus, you'll freeze your bum off. if your class ends early afternoon it's all good but after 5-6pm it starts to get a little chilly.

Jeans is always good, and a tshirt or blouse, to be on the safe side bring along a spring Jacket, because even on the plane sometimes the AC can be a little too much, in some planes you don't have that little regulator to control the air flow coming down to your seat.

Have a safe flight

That was very usefull Nikita thank you very much,

basically I am thinking to bring my regular clothes, I said regular cause here we dont have snow.. so I dont have apropiate clothes for it, I mean for freezeing weather (shoping time!!!), I guess for spring and the chilly in the late afternoon I will be ok...

So many things to think... clothes, shoes, is not like a really important thing but I dont want (right now) to spend lots of money just buying this things... :star:
