I hope someone here can answer my dillemma regarding the tax question when i present the last 3 years of returns when submitting the I-134:

I filed joint with my ex wife plus with my dad in 2007 (my dad was a resident that time but he visited only 2 months. Tax guy said i only need the valid SSN in order to claim him as a dependent, he was just staying with us but not wroked)

I did the same in 2008 (my dad left in 2007 and came back for two months in 2008 again since he is a resident and have a valid SSN)

In 2009 i filed only with myself and my dad as i got divorced (my dad left in 2008 November but did not came back in 2009 and now his resedency is neglected)in 2009. my dad has one year before his residency cancelled so until November 2009 his SSN is valid (this was the impression i am under)

Now when i think about it, i don't think i can claim my dad as a dependent as his green card was neglected since november 2009 and have to file 2010 as a single person.

My question : When i am filling the I-134 i am planning to put my mom and dad both as dependent BUT when i file for 2010 taxes it will be only me. The reason being is that every month i send money to my parents. But that is the practicality. But when comes to taxes for 2010 it is GOING TO BE only me.

Does anyone see a problem with this?

This is all a bit vague for me. If you make enough, after your parents' dependency, you make enough. Why don't you fill in your timeline and state your consulate? Complications on your tax forms shouldn't be a problem. Your income level is what's important.
