Im planning on travelling back home this week to the UK, with my AP, while im there im going to be changing my passport to my married name. But I have just been reading about the new ESTA charges coming in tomorrow.

Does anyone know what forms we have to fill in when returning to the states? Do we need the ESTA, or are we exempt from it?

Im just confused, as the K1 visa is expired, so I dont know what immigration forms I will need to fill to come back in to the US.

Any advice much appreciated
