you want the 'choice of agent' to be a human in the USA or in the Phils ?

or are you asking about the beneficiary address info ?

is there any case with regards where in whom i will address the DS - 3032 or what we call the choice of address and agent?! is it okay if I'll address it in the Philippines or much better if it is in the United States of America?

If you are the beneficiary in Phils, it is better to make the petitioner in the U.S as Choice of Agent.
