NVC recieved my case on 8/15/2006, and last night I talked to a really nice ladu and sent it was sent to CDJ on the 08/16/2006, Wow it looking better and better

Tracy-you are still in my prayers, I know exactly what your going though...

09/16/2005 Filed K-1 at VSC

12/24/2006 Rec RFE

12/24/2006 Mailed back RFE

01/17/2006 K-1 diened due to lack of evidence we meet in person.

02/06 Hired immigration lawyer

03/24/2006 Left for Mexico to see my honey who had been gone since 09/16/2005

04/01/2006 Got Married

05/01/2006 VSC recieved I-130

05/17/2006 MSC recieved K-3

07/01/2006 Recieved RFE for K-3 IMBRA law

07/14/2006 Usps said MSC recieved package

07/25/2006 I-130 Transfered to California Service Center (????)

08/07/2006-Touched I-130

08/07/2006- I-130 Approved (99 days)

08/07/2006-K-3 Approved (83 Days)

I love you... I waiting just a little longer

Congrat, I just hung with them also and was told my case went out two days ago. I feel really bad for everyone whose process is taking longer than mine. They really do need to overhual the system.

I am waiting on my K3 to be sent out.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

Hang in there Tracy (F) It is also possible that there was a name hit or security issue that needs to be cleared. The time it takes for this does vary, but it is the most common reason that cases get held up. It will come, just as the I-130 approval did.

I am diligent in my effort to keep Faith....Faith that God's plan for me and my husband, although rarely what we plan, is always going to be what's best for us.

And Traci, I don't have a lawyer. Doesn't seem worth the trouble.

hey tracy its taking long eh? dont worry ull see that soon ull get something. do as jersey girl says give urself a break and dont get close to a computer for a couple of days, thats gonna help u relax i know its hard not to think about it but try.......

i wasnt a believer and after i met my wife she introduced me to god thru love and since then i dont stop praying very single night. i never knew pray would help that much and it did and it keeps doing it. tonight ill pray for you......

be patient ............. :)

Sometimes, prayers are all we have. Without them, I know I'd be completely lost.

I just want this nightmare to end....as do many others. This entire visa process is heartbreaking.

Fortunately for me, my husband a most incredible man, and together, we will overcome.

I'm genuinely grateful for all the encouragement.
