April 2010 CR1 Filer whilst Case pending is there any travel restrictions to US?

Hi Everyone ,

Myself an April 2010 CR1 filer still my case is pending (waiting for NOA2).I just wondering I already hold a multiple entry US Visa .I have been in and out of the US so many times in the past before my CR1 filed in April'10.

I intend to visit my US citizen wife sometime soon .Is there any problem during my point of entry at the immigration because of my CR1 petition is still pending ?

Iam currently living & working in the UK.

admittance and duration of stay are decided upon entrance. Nothing is guarenteed. A tourist visa does not ensure entrance. To make your crossing easier, bring ties to India to show you return and, if possible, a copy of your cr-1 packet

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen
